New single off his upcoming album "LiveLoveA$AP", out end of July. There's a chopped and screwed snippet of this halfway through the Purple Swag clip. Anyway, I think it's cool.
Link Frank Gossner related mix. "My main man in Ghana, Dankyi-Appah Safo Kennedy aka Ken has tapped into an unexpected cache of Nigerian records while traveling in Norhern Ghana. He sent me an amazing box of 45s and I recorded a new mix with them. All tracks are from 45s and all except of two are Nigerian... I'm curious who can spot them. Sorry, no track list. I'm in the process of sourcing some of these tracks for possible re-issue but I'm also tired of people chopping up mixes and re-posting the individual tracks on YouTube or on one of those lame torrent sites... sorry for being so squirrelly..."
Also picked up this the other day

Whilst on the hip hop theme I thought I'd do a bit of digging for new stuff: Smif n Wessun
Clubberia Mix I've been listening to this mix a fair bit lately. Pretty great. He's playing Mercat on Friday night. Why the hell aren't Speed Painters supporting? Would have been perfect.
And this one to continue the boogie>protohouse vibe. The first minute is incredible. Be even more sick if the flip just had the dub without the vocal. Still banging.
To compliment Chuck E for smooth soulful pop. Deep Hall & Oates on rotation this week at 178. Shout outs to Mikey and Lew Dogs. Such a beautiful chorus...
